
Louis XV
This masterpiece is superbly crafted, intricately carved and clad in lavish 23+ karat gold leaf. Inspired by the rococo style seen in French King Louis XV’s time, the harp conveys a light yet elaborate style of art, incorporating leaves, flowers, scrolled feet and shapes reminiscent of shells. The Louis XV has a double Rosewood inlay to complement its solid Sitka Spruce soundboard. An exquisite floral trellis design is hand-painted on the soundboard using 23+ karat gold leaf.

Louis XV Special
“Without a doubt, the highest expression of the harp maker’s art,” reads a description of the 1916 Lyon & Healy harp that inspired today’s glorious Louis XV Special concert grand harp. Inspired by the rococo style seen in French King Louis XV’s time, the harp conveys a light yet elaborate style of art, incorporating leaves, flowers, scrolled feet and shapes reminiscent of shells. The Louis XV Special has elaborate carving along its neck and kneeblock, as well as intricate carving along the soundboard edges, both on the sides and surface. Clad in lavish 23+ karat gold leaf, the Louis XV also features an exquisite hand-painted floral trellis design on its soundboard.

Prince William
With a mahogany finish, bunches of 23+ karat gilded roses drape the Prince William from the top of its crown and swirl the base, enhancing its regal appearance. A double Rosewood inlay complements the solid Sitka Spruce soundboard. The hand-painted soundboard decoration using 23+ karat gold leaf features a bouquet of flowers set in an elaborate vase surrounded by trellised vines and ribbon.

Style 26 Gold
A stately harp designed by Lyon & Healy in the late 1800s, the Style 26 integrates nineteenth century Gothic revival styles with Renaissance detail. The harp is hand-gilded with 23+ karat gold leaf and burnished to feature the dimension of the relief and the hexagonal column. The hand-painted soundboard decoration using 23+ karat gold leaf features intricate brush strokes that climb up the length of the soundboard, interlaced with rose blooms.

Style 3 Gold
Introduced in 1911, the Style 3 is a modern version of the Gothic design found in Western Europe dating back to the twelfth century. Hand-gilded with 23+ karat gold leaf, the dramatic geometrical patterns and bold details featured on the column and base bring to mind the pointed arches, buttresses and vaulting popular in the Gothic style. The hand-painted soundboard decoration features an elaborate, swirling floral vine intensified with subtle green and red hues.

Style 4 Gold
Already a modern classic, the new Lyon & Healy Style 4 is a Premium instrument being introduced to our standard catalog. The elegance of this instrument is enhanced by a 23+ karat gold leaf gilding on the column, base and soundboard. A classic design that combines well into a modern setting and will get noticed on the main stages of the world. This instrument is made distinctive by its matte varnish offered in a striking royal blue. As an option, the Style 4 Special may come with precious wood veneering to make this instrument even more unique.

Style 8 Gold
Introduced in 1918, the Style 8 is a beautiful instrument featuring a Sitka Spruce soundboard, an exotic veneer and 23+ karat gold leaf gilding. Layers of intricately carved designs adorn the top of the column while the decoration at the base features a graceful pattern of swirling leaves accented by an occasional daisy. The hand-painted soundboard decoration features a rococo design of dashing crescents entwined with floral vines.
